Job summary

Jobster zoekt een Production Operator voor een galvanisatie-lijn in Noord-Brabant. Je bewaakt het productieproces, stelt de machine in en zorgt voor constante kwaliteit van bolt-onderdelen en kleine constructiedelen.

Je werkt fulltime in een 2-ploegendienst met verantwoordelijkheid binnen het productieproces. Ervaring in productie is niet vereist; technische instelling en nauwkeurigheid zijn belangrijk en je leert stap voor stap hoe de machines werken.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een productie-, proces- of industriële omgeving.
• Technisch ingesteld en overzicht kunnen bewaren.
• Nauwkeurig werken en kwaliteit leveren.
• Duidelijke communicatie en teamwerk.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Responsibilities

• De machine opstarten, het proces bewaken en waar nodig bijsturen.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en nagaan dat eindproducten aan eisen voldoen.
• Samen met het team verantwoordelijkheid dragen en elkaar ondersteunen.
• In een 2-ploegendienst werken met verantwoordelijkheid binnen het productieproces.

Job description

Are you technically minded and do you like keeping an overview of the production process? As a Production Operator, you make sure metal products are processed correctly and meet the required quality standards.

Over het werk

As a Production Operator, you work at an important stage of the galvanising line. You monitor the production process and make sure products such as bolts, nuts and small construction parts are galvanised correctly.

Each product requires a different approach. You set up the machine, monitor the process and make adjustments when necessary. You also carry out quality checks and make sure the finished products meet the required standards.

You work full-time in a 2-shift schedule and have plenty of responsibility within the production process. Of course, you do not work alone. You are part of a team in which colleagues support each other and step in when needed.

Previous experience as an operator is not required. It is mainly important that you have technical insight, work accurately and have some experience in a production, process or industrial environment. You will learn step by step how the machines and the process work.
