Job summary

Luba Uitzendbureau werkt als Production Operator aan de galvaniseringslijn en bewaakt het productieproces zodat metalen onderdelen zoals bouten en moeren correct worden galvaniseerd.

Je stelt de machine in, bewaakt het proces en stuurt bij waar nodig. Kwaliteitscontroles worden uitgevoerd zodat eindproducten aan de gestelde eisen voldoen.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een productie-, proces- of industriële omgeving.
• Technisch ingesteld en in staat een goed overzicht te bewaren.
• Nauwkeurig werken en focus op kwaliteit.
• Duidelijk communiceren en graag in een team werken.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Responsibilities

• Toezicht houden op het productieproces en zorgen voor correcte galvanisatie.
• Machines opstarten, procesbewaking en bijsturen waar nodig.
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en eindproducten aan de vereisten laten voldoen.
• Samenwerken in een team en verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor variatie en kwaliteit.

Job description

Are you technically minded and do you like keeping an overview of the production process? As a Production Operator, you make sure metal products are processed correctly and meet the required quality standards.

Over de vacature

As a Production Operator, you work at an important stage of the galvanising line. You monitor the production process and make sure products such as bolts, nuts and small construction parts are galvanised correctly.

Each product requires a different approach. You set up the machine, monitor the process and make adjustments when necessary. You also carry out quality checks and make sure the finished products meet the required standards.

You work full-time in a 2-shift schedule and have plenty of responsibility within the production process. Of course, you do not work alone. You are part of a team in which colleagues support each other and step in when needed.

Previous experience as an operator is not required. It is mainly important that you have technical insight, work accurately and have some experience in a production, process or industrial environment. You will learn step by step how the machines and the process work.
