Job summary

Unique is seeking an operator for a front-line production role in Genemuiden. You will set up the tufting machine per production orders, operate and monitor the line, and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.

You will also address minor technical faults and support colleagues as needed on the production floor. The role is full-time (38 hours/week) with a monthly salary of €2,700–€3,100, 25 vacation days, and opportunities for courses and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO 1 level of education.
• Technical insight and solution-oriented thinking.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
• Good command of the Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• Set up the tufting machine according to production orders.
• Operate, monitor and adjust the machine during production.
• Perform quality checks on produced materials.
• Identify and resolve minor technical faults.
• Support colleagues on the production line as needed.
