Job summary

KGS DIAMOND manufactures diamond tools for the business market. Based in Elburg, the company seeks a modern, data-driven Production Manager to lead the entire production department and ensure safe, stable, profitable processes.

You will drive delivery reliability, combine technical knowledge with business acumen, and coordinate improvements with technical services and quality control, shaping a future-proof production organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in an industrial environment, preferably in a similar managerial role
• Experience managing production teams
• Experience with digitisation projects within production environments
• Proven results in output increase, quality improvement and cost reduction
• Higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management or Supply Chain
• Experience with ERP and MES systems (LYNQ MES or MES@OSYS)
• Knowledge of ISO or sector-specific quality standards
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German/French is an advantage)
