KGS DIAMOND in the Netherlands is looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who can translate market developments, customer needs and technical opportunities into successful products. You will own the complete product journey from identifying opportunities to market introduction and phase-out, working with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service.

• Strong communication skills across technical, commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Self-starting, structured, with good organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to motivate colleagues and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong digital skills and affinity with product data and systems.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; willingness to travel internationally.

As Product Manager at KGS DIAMOND, you will help shape a competitive, innovative and sustainable product portfolio that supports KGS’s strategic direction. You will be responsible for the complete product journey, from identifying opportunities and developing new products to market introduction, optimization and phase-out. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service.
