KGS DIAMOND in the Netherlands is looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who can translate market developments, customer needs and technical opportunities into successful products. You will own the complete product journey from identifying opportunities to market introduction and phase-out, working with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service.

Qualifications

Education at bachelor’s or master’s level in a technical, commercial or business-related field.
Several years of experience in product management, business development, sales or similar roles in technical/industrial environments.
Ability to translate customer needs and technical developments into commercial product solutions.
Ambitious, results-driven mindset with the confidence to introduce new ideas.
Strong communication skills across technical, commercial and operational stakeholders.
Self-starting, structured, with good organizational and prioritization abilities.
Ability to motivate colleagues and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Strong digital skills and affinity with product data and systems.
Proficiency in Dutch and English; willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the product portfolio and ensure successful market introduction and positioning.
Identify and assess market developments, customer needs and product opportunities.
Build and maintain a structured pipeline of new products.
Identify successful existing products and drive international deployment.
Coordinate product development and market introductions with Sales and Marketing readiness.
Develop and execute clear go-to-market and product launch plans.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from introduction through optimization to phase-out.
Monitor pricing, margins, stock levels and commercial performance.
Analyze and resolve product-related cost and quality issues.
Ensure product data and documentation are accurate and up-to-date across systems and channels.
Ensure product compliance with regulations, standards and requirements.
Develop sales support materials, product training and application information.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to generate new applications and commercial opportunities.
