Job summary

KGS DIAMOND is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities to market introduction and phase-out. You will shape a competitive, innovative portfolio for international markets and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations, Purchasing and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product portfolio and ensure that new and existing products are successfully introduced and positioned in the market.
• Identify and assess market developments, customer needs and product opportunities.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of new products.
• Identify successful existing products and drive their broader international deployment.
• Coordinate product development and market introductions, including internal alignment and Sales and Marketing readiness.
• Develop and execute clear go-to-market and product launch plans.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, including introduction, optimization and phase-out.
• Monitor pricing, margin structures, stock levels and commercial performance.
• Analyze and resolve product-related cost and structural quality issues.
• Ensure product data and documentation are accurate, up to date and consistently maintained across systems and communication channels.
• Responsible for ensuring product compliance with regulations, standards and requirements.
• Develop sales support materials, product training and application-related information.
• Work with customers and internal teams to generate new applications, product improvements and commercial opportunities.

As Product Manager at KGS DIAMOND, you will help shape a competitive, innovative and sustainable product portfolio that supports KGS’s strategic direction. You will be responsible for the complete product journey, from identifying opportunities and developing new products to market introduction, optimization and phase-out. • A bachelor’s or master’s level of education, preferably in a technical, commercial or business-related field.
• Several years of experience in product management, business development, sales or a similar position within a technical or industrial environment.
• The ability to translate customer needs and technical developments into commercially attractive product solutions.
• An ambitious and results-driven mindset, with the confidence to develop and introduce new ideas.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with technical, commercial and operational stakeholders.
• A self-starting and structured approach, supported by strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• The ability to motivate colleagues and drive cross-functional initiatives forward.
• Strong digital skills and an affinity with product data, systems and digital solutions.
• Good command of both Dutch and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
