Qualifications

• Middelbaar Engels of Nederlands communicatievermogen.

• Ervaring in productie- of fabrieksomgeving is een plus.
• In staat om machines te bedienen volgens productieprocedures.
• Begrip van hygiëne en voedselveiligheid.
• In staat om in ploegen te werken.
• Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
• Fysiek fit en comfortabel in een productieomgeving.
• Geldige rijbewijs is gewenst.
• Bereidheid om te leren.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van bakkerijproductie-apparatuur zoals ovens, deegkneders, snij- en verpakkingsmachines.
• Instellingen en snelheid van machines aanpassen.
• Kwaliteit van het product gedurende het proces controleren.
• Kleine storingen opsporen en oplossen waar mogelijk.
• Productieproblemen melden aan de shift supervisor.
• Volgen van voedselveiligheids-, hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
• Netheid en orde in de productiezone handhaven.
• Procedures voor reiniging en onderhoud volgen.
• Zorgen voor een soepele en efficiënte productie.

Over de functie

We are looking for a motivated Production Line Operator to join our client's bakery production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate bakery production equipment, including ovens, dough mixers, slicing machines, and packaging machines.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings, such as temperature and speed, when necessary.

• Check product quality throughout the production process.

• Identify minor machine faults and resolve issues where possible.

• Report production issues and technical problems to the shift supervisor.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.

• Follow machine cleaning and maintenance procedures.

• Help ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
