Qualifications

• Basis Engels of Nederlands voor dagelijkse communicatie.
• EU-burger of geldige Nederlandse verblijf- en arbeidstoestemming.
• Ervaring in productie- of fabrieksomgeving is een pré.
• In staat om machines te bedienen en productieprocedures te volgen.
• Goede hygiëne, voedselveiligheid en arbeidsveiligheid begrijpen.
• Flexibiliteit om in ploegendienst te werken en in team te functioneren.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van bakery productieapparatuur zoals ovens, mengers en verpakkingsmachines.
• Instellingen controleren/aanpassen (temperatuur en snelheid).
• Kwaliteit controleren gedurende productie.
• Klein storingen identificeren en oplossen waar mogelijk.
• Productieproblemen melden aan de ploegbaas.
• Volgen van hygiëne, voedselveiligheid en veiligheidsprocedures.
• Schoon en ordelijk houden van de productieomgeving.
• Volgen van reiniging- en onderhoudsprocedures.
• Zorgen voor een soepele en efficiënte productie.

We are looking for a motivated Production Line Operator to join our clients bakery production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production machinery, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate bakery production equipment, including ovens, dough mixers, slicing machines, and packaging machines.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings, such as temperature and speed, when necessary.

• Check product quality throughout the production process.

• Identify minor machine faults and resolve issues where possible.

• Report production issues and technical problems to the shift supervisor.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the production area.

• Follow machine cleaning and maintenance procedures.

• Help ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently.
