Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Production Worker to join our assembly team responsible for building products that meet quality requirements and deadlines. The role emphasizes efficient production procedures and meeting shipment timelines.

The candidate should have a high school diploma, 1–3 years in electronics or computer assembly, and the ability to read assembly instructions and production orders. English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or college diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years in electronic or computer industry preferred.
• Prior experience with computer assembly preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand assembly instructions, production orders and all other documentation used to control processes.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.
• Solid communications skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient in English reading and writing, Dutch language skill is a plus.
