Robin Radar seeks an experienced Process Improvement Project Manager to lead cross-functional improvement programs across production, logistics, procurement, service, and engineering. You will diagnose root causes, design scalable workflows, and embed efficient processes with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will report to the Operational Excellence Manager and help scale our global radar technology business through structured change and measurable results.

Qualificações

• BSc or MSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• 7+ years delivering hands-on process improvement projects in fast-growing high-tech or manufacturing environments.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Practical mastery of Lean toolkits including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5 Whys, and Pareto analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple improvement projects concurrently in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
• Practical experience configuring workflow tools like Jira and driving user adoption in ERP systems like Odoo.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English, with Dutch proficiency considered a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end project leadership: Lead operational improvement projects from initial diagnosis through post-implementation.
• Workflow analysis and SOP design: Deep-dive into operational workflows to identify waste and perform root-cause analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Partner directly with operational leads and frontline floor teams to bridge functional silos.
• Change management and coaching: Coach and enable operational teams through active change management.
• Metrics and KPI tracking: Define project metrics, establish baseline KPIs, and build tracking dashboards.
• Tool configuration and adoption: Translate optimized workflows into practical software tools. Manage configuration and user adoption in Jira, ERP (Odoo), and supporting platforms.
