Olympia Uitzendbureau zoekt eenProduction Employee voor een opdrachtgever in Lomm. Je voert assemblagewerk uit en ondersteunt het blisterverpakkingsproces van producten, met de mogelijkheid om te worden ingezet in andere afdelingen zoals poedercoating, zagen en verpakking.

De functie is een dagdienst van 7:30 tot 16:15 uur, met kans op langdurige samenwerking en incidentele overuren in overleg. Een informele werksfeer en korte lijnen staan centraal bij een familiebedrijf in de regio.

Qualifications

• Fulltime dagdienst beschikbaar.
• Bij voorkeur Nederlands, of Engels/Duits.
• Fysiek geschikt voor langdurig staan en repeterende taken.

Responsibilities

• Samenbouwen en ondersteunen van het blisterverpakkingsproces.
• Ondersteuning bij andere afdelingen zoals poedercoating, zagen, montage en verpakking.

Are you looking for a fun day-shift position in production where no two days are the same? Then keep reading!

For one of our clients in Lomm, we are looking for a motivated Production Employee. Your main responsibilities will include assembly work and supporting the blister packaging process of products.

Our client manufactures high-quality door hardware. To improve quality, durability, and weather resistance, the components are treated with a special coating.

In addition to assembly tasks, you may also be assigned to other departments, such as:

• Powder Coating: treating and finishing components;
• Assembly: assembling the door fittings for packaging;
• Sawing: cutting profiles to the correct dimensions;
• Packing: packaging finished products.

This is a day-shift position from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM. You will work in a varied environment with the prospect of a long-term collaboration. Overtime may be required occasionally, always in consultation.

Waar ga je werken?

You will be working for a Dutch manufacturer of high-quality aluminium architectural hardware, based in Lomm. Their products include door handles, security fittings, window hardware, and letter plates, items that are used daily by millions of people both in the Netherlands and abroad. The company has been in operation since 1956 and employs around 80 people.

The organization consists of two divisions: one where the hardware is fully designed and manufactured in-house, and another that specializes in processing work for third parties, such as powder coating aluminium products. Sustainability and innovation are key priorities. The company was the first manufacturer in the world to achieve a Cradle to Cradle Silver certification for the majority of its product range.

This family-owned business offers an informal working atmosphere, short lines of communication, and a straightforward culture where a deal is a deal.

The company is located on the industrial estate in Lomm and is easily accessible by both car and bicycle from Venlo.

Wie ben je?

• You are available full-time for day-shift work and are looking for a serious, long-term job;
• You preferably speak Dutch, or alternatively are fluent in English or German;
• You do not mind performing repetitive tasks;
• The work can be physically demanding due to prolonged standing and handling/positioning products, so you should be comfortable with physical work.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• A gross starting salary of €16.22 per hour, in accordance with the Metal and Engineering Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Metaal en Techniek);
• 25 vacation days per year and 8% holiday allowance;
• A pension scheme through the StiPP Pension Fund, with a 17.09% employer contribution;
• Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km one-way distance;
• You will start on a temporary employment contract through Olympia. If performance and the match are successful, there is an opportunity to receive a direct contract with the company;
