Job summary

NN Group is hiring an AI engineer to design, build and improve AI solutions in a hybrid environment. You’ll work with data scientists, engineers and business stakeholders to translate real problems into practical, production-ready AI applications using Python and cloud services.

You will contribute to reusable standards and stay updated on AI developments, helping NN move from exploration to production with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years in AI engineering, software engineering or ML engineering.
• Experience with version control, cloud tooling, CI/CD, automated testing and release pipelines.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment and adapting as priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and improve AI solutions that are reliable and maintainable.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product owners and platform teams.
• Translate problems into practical AI solutions with measurable value.
• Develop AI applications, APIs and reusable components using Python and cloud services.
• Move AI prototypes into production with CI/CD, testing, deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to standards, templates and platform capabilities for AI across NN.
