Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to design and implement cloud-native AI solutions using Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services. You will automate maintenance notifications with AI-driven text generation, classifications, and validations across the product lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure deployments.

The role requires deep Azure expertise, NLP knowledge, and experience in serverless architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience with Microsoft Azure covering design, implementation, and management in a cloud environment.
• 2–3 years experience with AI/Gen-AI, specifically Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services.
• Extensive experience architecting, deploying and managing solutions using Azure AI and Azure OpenAI services.
• Deep understanding of Azure architecture, services and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of NLP and automated text generation.
• Experience designing serverless architectures and integrating AI-driven automation solutions.
• Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of SDLC and cloud best practices.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or other Azure certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; proficient at engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design robust, scalable and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure AI and OpenAI technologies and services.
• Develop automated processes for classification, validation and generating text suggestions using Azure AI.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing systems to optimize communication and data processing.
• Establish and maintain a CI/CD pipeline for continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
• Monitor cloud implementations and recommend improvements in performance, cost and security.
• Ensure cloud solutions comply with industry regulations and security standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and provide architectural guidance for cloud modernization.
• Lead PoC initiatives to validate proposals and demonstrate feasibility.
• Stay updated on Azure services and technologies; advocate for Gen-AI cloud solutions.
