Job summary

Hydro is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join Hydro Global Business Services in Drunen, NL. The role focuses on user management, data management, and reporting, handling tickets end-to-end and collaborating with Technical Specialists.

You will work with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, stay current with Salesforce releases, and contribute to documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience with user management, security, data management, reporting & flows.
• Knowledge or understanding of Apex is appreciated.
• Experience with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned tickets (requests and issues) from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions alongside our Technical Specialists.
• Tickets can be related to user management, data management, reporting & automations.
• Ticket Management in ServiceNow.
• Recurring tasks such as updating currencies, Sandbox refresh & seeding.
• Stay up to date with latest Salesforce releases.
• Create and maintain applicable documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals and training materials.
• Testing.
