Job summary

Philips is seeking a Product Software Security Engineer to embed security into software development across medical devices, cloud platforms, and AI applications. You will work with Product Security Architects, development teams, and the Product Security Office to translate findings into practical solutions and reusable components.

You will implement security features, review code for vulnerabilities, and integrate security tooling into CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software development and product security.
• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field.
• Security certifications such as CSSLP, CISSP, CISM, or GSEC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineers to implement security controls.
• Review code to improve design and raise code quality for security.
• Integrate security tooling into workflows and CI/CD pipelines for automated SSDLC testing.
• Coach teams on secure development practices and patterns.
