Job summary

ibc netherlands is seeking a Product Owner Mobile to own the roadmap and backlog for the mobile domain, aligning commercial ambition with delivery stability across the full delivery chain. You will work in a SAFe/Agile environment, coordinating with DevOps, architects, security specialists, business stakeholders and external suppliers.

The assignment runs from March 2026 to September 2026, with a secondment or freelance engagement model, and a high-impact role influencing priorities, delivery

You would like to:

• define and communicate a clear product vision for the mobile domain
• own and prioritise the product roadmap and backlog
• translate business strategy and goals into concrete features
• work closely with DevOps teams, architects, security specialists, business stakeholders and external suppliers
• manage lifecycle topics, governance and value creation across the domain
• prepare PI planning and sprint planning in a SAFe / Agile environment
• maintain oversight across product management, order entry, activation and service processes

You bring:

• at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• preferably knowledge of telecom processes and systems
• experience with Agile, DevOps and SAFe
• strong analytical skills and sound decision-making
• the ability to move smoothly between strategy and execution
• clear communication and the ability to align different interests
• affinity with IT chains, integrations and complex processes
