Job summary

Albert Heijn seeks a Product Owner for Managed Azure Databricks to guide strategy, prioritize user needs, and drive value from data. You’ll work with engineers and stakeholders to align the roadmap and ensure scalable, secure, and reusable MAD capabilities across analytics, AI, and supply chain.

You’ll partner with the Platform Staff Engineer to translate strategy into clear plans, manage dependencies, and improve the platform with user feedback.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar within a platform or data environment.
• Solid understanding of cloud and data platform concepts enabling collaboration with engineers.
• Strong product management and stakeholder management, with clear communication.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to trade-off for a scalable platform.
• Experience in delivering with agile teams and engineering collaboration.
• Passion for secure, scalable, sustainable products that deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the MAD roadmap with clear priorities and trade-offs.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other product owners to align delivery.
• Engage with users to gather needs and improve platform usability.
• Drive scalable, cost-effective platform usage and reliability.
• Promote MAD adoption with the Success Team and implement Databricks features.
• Aim for reusable platform capabilities across teams.
