Job summary

Landal GreenParks is seeking a Product Owner for Homeowner & Franchise ecosystems. You will define the product vision for homeowner and franchise capabilities, prioritise the backlog, and collaborate with cross-domain teams to align on the roadmap.

You will drive delivery across Maxxton, CRM, and financial platforms, manage stakeholder expectations, ensure data quality, and realise value through UAT and analytics. Fluency in English required; Dutch/German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years as Product Owner, Digital Product Manager, or similar in hospitality.
• Proven experience with guest-facing technologies and integrations with PMS, POS, CRM.
• Experience leading Business Analysts and coordinating across technology domains.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for homeowner and franchise capabilities.
• Prioritise backlog items based on value and dependencies; translate needs into epics and stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other Product Owners to ensure alignment and prioritisation.
• Guide development teams during sprint delivery and validate outcomes.
• Oversee processes across Maxxton, CRM, financial platforms and the Homeowner Portal.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory/compliance considerations.
