Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Product Owner to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital products used in live terminal environments. You will translate business needs into clear product scope, maintain the backlog, and guide engineering delivery while coordinating with stakeholders to generate measurable operational value.

You will own validation, define KPIs and ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria. Frequent interaction with across business, technology, and operations is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven product ownership experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
• Experience launching products in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field; equivalent experience.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear product scope, backlog and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, guiding engineering delivery.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology to deliver measurable value.
• Lead product validation and user acceptance testing with Engineering and stakeholders.
• Define and track product performance metrics and KPIs aligned to Lean goals.
• Develop and refine user stories with Engineering to ensure delivery readiness.
• Collaborate to ensure timely deployment across terminals.
