Job summary

Rabobank is seeking a Product Owner within the Tech4Engineering ecosystem to orchestrate end-to-end product delivery. You will work with over 30 engineers, analysts, designers and marketing specialists to shape a diverse, value-driven roadmap and deliver services that empower 8,000+ engineers and related roles.

You will translate user insights into impactful solutions, drive adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Product Owner/Product Manager in agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with product discovery and translating insights into direction.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve a value-driven product vision aligned with user needs and business objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery including compliance, risk, service quality, adoption and value realisation.
• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and secure commitment to change.
• Own a value-driven roadmap and balance discovery with delivery across dependencies.
• Drive change management by engaging stakeholders and ensuring sustained adoption.
