Job summary

LYNX, based in Amsterdam, seeks a Product Owner for Client Acquisition to optimise the journey from qualified leads through onboarding, funding and activation. You will analyze where clients drop off and translate opportunities into backlog items, working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Compliance and Operations.

This entry‑level product role is for mid‑career professionals eager to learn product ownership in a conversion‑critical part of the business.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in product ownership, business analysis, marketing operations, digital marketing, QA or analytics.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, onboarding processes and activation journeys.
• Experience with BI.
• Fluent English and at least one local Lynx-market language.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager with backlog maintenance, sprint prep and progress tracking.
• Translate strategy into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for onboarding and activation.
• Analyse onboarding, funding and activation journeys to identify friction and drop‑off.
• Gather requirements from Marketing, Sales, Data, Design, Engineering and Compliance.
• Maintain backlog quality so stories meet the Definition of Ready before sprint planning.
• Help interpret conversion, onboarding and activation performance data.

You’ll analyse where clients drop off, translate opportunities into backlog items, and work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, Compliance and Operations to fix them.
