Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Affinity with Dutch energy-tech sector.
• Experience working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape product processes, tools, architecture and team collaboration.
• Lead adoption of AI-driven software development practices.
• Influence how the engineering organization evolves as the company scales.
• Identify which processes should be flexible vs standardised and scaled.
• Work in a small, autonomous team where ownership is expected and encouraged.
• Collaborate closely with the wider team to solve problems and build great products.
