Job summary

Siemens Software in Rotterdam is seeking a Product Designer to lead UX across the full product development cycle from concept to visuals and interaction design. You will translate user insights into human-centered solutions and validate usability with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design or proven equivalent experience in the field.
• 2-5+ years of proven experience as a product designer.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and demonstrated experience working with design systems.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience evaluating and validating product usability with customers to enhance products and processes.
• Meet your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam.

The salary range for this position is 69,100 to 100,000. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
