Job summary

Bugaboo Group is seeking a Product Manager Styling & Collaborations to shape and execute our styling and collaboration strategy. You will partner with Brand and regional teams to identify opportunities and lead the planning and execution of collaborations that reinforce our styling direction across the portfolio.

You will work with the Fabric Designer to develop fabrics and colour roadmaps, drive project management in development, and monitor in-market performance after launch.

Qualifications

• +3 years of relevant experience in similar roles, product and project management.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• Hands-on and dynamic, able to handle multiple tasks.
• Proactive and not afraid to challenge status quo.
• Available to work from Amsterdam HQ at least twice a week.
• Available for 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Styling & Collaborations strategy, including positioning and pricing, while maintaining a rhythm of new introductions across the portfolio.
• Own and create business cases and financial evaluations for product opportunities.
• Gather and share consumer, market, and trend insights related to colours and styling.
• Understand regional differences and support clusters in forecasting.
• Lead the fabrics library implementation to enable earlier colour swatches and better forecasting.
• Manage styling initiatives through the stage gate process and coordinate deliverables.
