Job summary

Bugaboo Group is seeking a Product Manager Styling & Collaborations to shape styling and collaboration strategy for our stroller and accessory portfolio. You will work with Brand teams and regional clusters to identify partnership opportunities and drive a commercially relevant styling direction.

You will own business cases, develop fabric and colour roadmaps with the Fabric Designer, and supervise projects from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and performance across regions.

Qualifications

• +3 years of relevant experience in product and project management.
• Fluent in English and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
• Availability to work from Amsterdam HQ at least twice a week.
• Available for 40 hours per week.

About the role

As Product Manager Styling & Collaborations, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Bugaboo’s styling and collaboration strategy. Styling & Collaborations is one of Bugaboo’s key strategic pillars and an area where we aim to strengthen and reclaim our leadership position.

In this role, you will work closely with the Brand team and regional clusters to identify partnership opportunities that align with our business and marketing objectives. You will lead the planning and execution of collaborations while ensuring a strong and commercially relevant styling direction across our portfolio.

Together with the Fabric Designer, you will develop the fabrics and colour roadmap, ensuring our stroller portfolio remains trend-driven through annual colour refreshes and limited editions, while also maximizing business performance.

During the product development process, you will take ownership of project management activities, aligning progress and actions with all relevant stakeholders. You will drive awareness, coordination, and execution to ensure development projects remain on track, within scope, and under control. After launch, you will collaborate closely with global cluster teams to monitor and optimize in-market product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Styling & Collaborations strategy, including positioning and pricing, while maintaining a continuous rhythm of new introductions across the stroller and accessories portfolio in line with Bugaboo’s design vision, market trends, and business needs.
• Take commercial ownership within the new styling product development process. You own and create business cases and financial evaluations of product opportunities
• Gather, analyse, and share consumer, market, and trend insights (“inside-out + outside-in”) related to colours and styling.
• Understand regional differences and customer preferences and support clusters in forecasting.
• Lead the implementation of the fabrics library to make colour swatches available earlier, enabling improved forecasting accuracy across regions.
• Own and drive the delivery of styling initiatives through strong project management of new product development projects (stage gate process). You own and delivery key deliverables across the project.

• You are highly organized and have a strong eye for detail.

• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Excel.
• You enjoy working on a variety of tasks in a hands-on and dynamic environment.
• You are dependable, proactive, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
• You are available to work from our Amsterdam HQ office at least twice a week.
• You are available for 40 hours a week.
