Bugaboo International seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead the direction and execution of strategic projects with global cross-functional teams. You will coach marketing, design, production and sales to meet time, budget and quality goals.

Ideal candidates bring a strong project-management background, excellent English, and proven ability to manage complex portfolios while guiding teams toward continuous improvement and strong stakeholder alignment.

The Project Manager facilitates and manages projects in line with the corporate strategy. He/she supports and coaches the Bugaboo/Joolz cross‑functional development team(s) to achieve their project goals within the agreed time, budget and quality with the aim to launch products/projects within the agreed timelines/scope and within the agreed budget. The Project Manager aligns progress and actions with involved stakeholders, creating a strong awareness and embedding of the project needs within the organization.

What will you do

• Manage the overall direction, coordination and execution of the assigned project(s).
• Facilitate the overall direction, coordination and execution of the assigned project(s). Ensure that key metrics and decisions are transparently managed/communicated to key stakeholders and decision‑making takes place.
• Stimulate effective teamwork. Coach team members adhering to the internal processes. Facilitate the team to act as the center of excellence of the specific project.
• Responsible for project progress, planning, opportunities, costs, risk analysis, mitigation plans and quality in order to meet project objectives. Inform/address the stakeholders with critical issues, key opportunities/risks and necessary actions in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate staffing of project team in cooperation with department heads to execute the projects.
• Coordinate reports, escalations and progress meetings for the team and Management team and implement assigned improvements. Ensure timely escalation of project risks, time, costs and quality to innovation team and or other stakeholders.
• Support the development of Bugaboo’s standard project management methodology.

What you will bring to the table

• Educational background in e.g. Project Management and Product Development
• General knowledge of the processes within marketing, industrial design, production, supply chain and global sales channels
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools, budget keeping and project time management
• Knowledge of product development processes and stage gate models
• Project management, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
• Good situational leader, experience in coaching and supporting outside their own expertise.
