Job summary

Bullhorn in a fast-paced, enterprise environment is seeking a Product Manager to lead a Salesforce ISV application. You will balance high-level strategy with detailed Salesforce logic and partner with large global enterprise customers to deliver value.

You will drive rapid discovery, prototyping, and data-driven decision-making, use AI where appropriate, and translate customer needs into clear product requirements for engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a technical Product Management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record delivering solutions or managing applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Experience in staffing/recruitment or related roles such as Business Analyst or Sales Operations in staffing tech context.
• Strong ability to translate customer problems into structured product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive feature requests by digging into the underlying business problem and propose root-cause solutions.
• Prototype and validate ideas rapidly using AI tools to map logic flows and wireframes.
• Provide clear context on customer needs so engineering teams understand the impact of their work.
• Make data-driven decisions and adjust product direction based on usage insights and feedback.
