Job summary

MPower Plus is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect for a hybrid role in the Netherlands. You will own enterprise Salesforce estates, drive complex transformation programs and lead architecture decisions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

You will apply hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, Apex and LWC, and manage integrations using MuleSoft. Strong stakeholder communication and governance across multi-team programs are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years enterprise IT with Salesforce focus.
• Proven ownership of large Salesforce estates across multiple clouds.
• Hands-on across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; OmniStudio.
• Strong Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL; governance and performance patterns.
• Experience designing integrations using MuleSoft or comparable middleware.
• Experience with customer/account models, orders, cases and identity/access in telecom contexts.
• Proven discovery, modernization planning and remediation on live production environments.
• Experience delivering at scale with agile delivery and governance.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and Salesforce release engineering.

Job description

Work Mode: Hybrid Mode (2 to 3days on-site per week)

Required Experience and Expertise

• 12+ years of enterprise IT experience, with a strong track record in Salesforce solution and technical architecture roles on complex transformation programs.
• Demonstrable architecture ownership for large brownfield Salesforce estates with multiple clouds, substantial custom development, high data volumes and complex integrations.
• Hands‑on depth across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud; strong working knowledge of OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and decision rules.
• Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, asynchronous processing, sharing/security architecture, transaction design, governor limits and platform performance patterns.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using MuleSoft or comparable middleware, synchronous/asynchronous APIs, events, batch/file exchange and robust error-handling patterns.
• Practical experience with customer/account models, product and offer concepts, order journeys, case management, digital self-service, contact center and identity/access patterns relevant to telecommunications.
• Proven ability to execute discovery, dependency analysis, technical debt assessment, modernization planning and phased remediation in live production environments.
• Experience with agile delivery at scale, architecture runway/enablers, program increment planning, multi-team dependency management and iterative solution governance.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and Salesforce release engineering, including source control, CI/CD, automated quality gates, static analysis, environment strategy and controlled deployment/rollback.
• Excellent facilitation, executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical decisions clearly to business and technology audiences.
