Overview

Product Manager – Efficiency & Tooling at MatchWornShirt. Responsibilities

• As Product Manager - Efficiency & Tooling you will be responsible for identifying and implementing journey and process improvements that improve the customer experience with any of our brands. From auction management to shirt shipping and framing, you’ll identify friction points, streamline workflows, and empower teams through smart tooling and clear process design. You can identify when it makes sense to build a customer feature or when to use standard tools the market has to offer.
• Own the successful rollout and adoption of key internal tools (e.g., Odoo) across all operational teams. Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders and help them to work more efficiently and effectively.
• Document and visualize business processes (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts) to identify areas of complexity or risk.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions when considering new internal tools or customer-facing capabilities.
• Use data to measure process performance and track the impact of implemented changes.
• Work with other product managers to holistically execute on our product and company strategy.

What We Expect From You

• 3+ years of product or change management experience.
• Strong foundation in user driven development, translating business problems into solutions by putting the user first.
• Ability to own and roll-out different tools used internally, with the focus on, but not limited to Odoo.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high-impact initiatives with a focus on driving tangible business results.
• Familiarity with frameworks like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Mapping and Change Management.
• Bonus: Experience with auction platforms, logistics, or post-purchase customer journeys in e-commerce.
• Native or fluent English speaker.
