Job summary

MatchWornShirt is looking for a Shirt & Operations Specialist based in Zaandam to oversee inbound shirt flows, photography, authentication, and fulfillment. You’ll ensure high-quality processing from arrival to packing, enabling global fans to receive treasured memorabilia.

The role focuses on hands-on operations in a brand-new Zaandam facility, with attention to detail and ownership across the end-to-end process and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.
• A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and "can-do" mentality who takes true ownership.
• Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.
• Possession of a valid Driver's license.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Fully eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid Dutch work permit).

Responsibilities

• Inbound Processing: Processing inbound shirt flows efficiently from clubs and partner teams.
• Product Photography: Conducting product photography to showcase items at our high visual standard.
• Authentication: Handling the precise authentication process for unique match-worn items.
• Framing Fulfillment: Preparing and framing shirts to our exact high-quality standards.
• Global Shipping: Shipping outbound shirt and frame orders securely to fans worldwide.
• Logistics & Operations: Supporting internal logistics, warehouse operations and continuous process improvements.

As a Shirt & Operations Specialist, you’ll be right at the heart of the action! From the moment a match-worn shirt arrives to the moment it’s ready for its next destination, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly, quickly and to the highest standard.

Your eye for detail, hands-on mindset and drive for quality will directly shape the experience we deliver to fans and partners around the world. Every shirt has a story — and based in our brand-new facility in Zaandam, you’ll play a vital role in unlocking its full potential and turning these unique pieces of football history into treasured collectibles.

Your responsibilities include:

We are looking for the following skillset:

• Experience : Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.




• Mindset : A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and \"can-do\" mentality who takes true ownership.




• Precision : Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.




• Licensing : Possession of a valid Driver's license.




• Languages : Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.




• Legal : Fully eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid Dutch work permit).
