Job summary

MatchWornShirt in Zaandam near Amsterdam is hiring a Shirt & Operations Specialist to manage shirt inbound, photography, authentication, framing and global shipping. You will help ensure high quality and timely processing of one-of-a-kind memorabilia.

You are hands-on, with attention to detail, own the process from arrival to dispatch, and collaborate with teams across logistics, photography, and customer-facing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.
• Hands-on, proactive, goal-oriented mindset with ownership.
• Detail-oriented and precise with valuable memorabilia.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Based in the Amsterdam area or within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Inbound processing: handle shirt flows from clubs and partners.
• Product photography to high visual standards.
• Authentication of unique match-worn items.
• Framing fulfillment to exacting quality standards.
• Global shipping of shirts and frames to fans worldwide.
• Support internal logistics and continuous process improvements.

About the role

As a Shirt & Operations Specialist , you’ll be right at the heart of the action! From the moment a match-worn shirt arrives to the moment it’s ready for its next destination, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly, quickly and to the highest standard.

Your eye for detail, hands-on mindset and drive for quality will directly shape the experience we deliver to fans and partners around the world. Every shirt has a story — and based in our brand-new facility in Zaandam, you’ll play a vital role in unlocking its full potential and turning these unique pieces of football history into treasured collectibles.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inbound Processing : Processing inbound shirt flows efficiently from clubs and partner teams.
• Product Photography : Conducting product photography to showcase items at our high visual standard.
• Authentication : Handling the precise authentication process for unique match-worn items.
• Framing Fulfillment : Preparing and framing shirts to our exact high-quality standards.
• Global Shipping : Shipping outbound shirt and frame orders securely to fans worldwide.
• Logistics & Operations : Supporting internal logistics, warehouse operations and continuous process improvements.

We are looking for the following skillset:

• Experience : Experience in a production or logistics environment is a plus.
• Mindset : A hands-on doer with a proactive, goal-oriented and "can-do" mentality who takes true ownership.
• Precision : Highly detail-oriented and precise when handling valuable, one-of-a-kind memorabilia.
• Licensing : Possession of a valid Driver's license.
• Languages : Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
• Legal : Fully eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU passport or valid Dutch work permit).
• Location:You are currently based in the Amsterdam area or in a commutable distance.

• Interview round 1 (± 45-60 min).
• In-person skill assessment with a following;
• In-office interview round 2 (± 45-60 min).
