Job summary

A leading MarTech company in Amsterdam is seeking a Product Manager to shape next-generation customer experience solutions. This role involves defining product vision and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful releases. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, along with strong decision-making and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
• Hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
• Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Define the why, when, and what of the products and lead cross-functional teams.
• Build product and strategy that reflect Insider’s vision.
• Own and optimize the release process, coordinating all activities.
• Manage and prioritize initiatives based on market trends and customer needs.
• Define and analyze key product metrics to measure performance.
