Responsibilities

• Владение и формирование части дорожной карты Storefront для Troostwijk, Vavato и Surplex, определение направлений инвестирования на основе данных.
• Улучшение пути покупателя от поиска до ставки и оплаты.

TBAuctions operates auction platforms serving B2B and B2C buyers, including troostwijkauctions.com, across multiple brands and regions in Europe. Its platforms support the buyer journey from discovering an item through bidding, winning and paying.

Задачи:

• Own and shape parts of the Storefront product roadmap across Troostwijk, Vavato and Surplex, and decide where to invest based on data and customer needs
• Improve the buyer journey from finding an item through bidding, winning and paying
• Collaborate with design and engineering across discovery, definition, delivery and validation
• Run discovery to understand customer problems and turn findings into a clear, sequenced plan
• Partner with data, marketing, CRM and commercial teams to align direction and communicate priorities
• Balance new improvements with keeping live platforms across multiple brands and regions stable and fast

Требования:

• A university degree in psychology, informatics, engineering, design or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, leading agile squads to deliver scalable, product-led platform experiences
• A track record of pairing clear vision with pragmatic execution and delivering products
• Ability to lead through influence in empowered, cross-functional teams
• Discovery-led approach guided by data and customer insight
• Experience using AI tooling such as Claude
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A growth mindset focused on change, learning and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in English
• Nice to have: experience in a fast-paced digital environment such as e-commerce or auctioning, B2B or B2C product experience, proficiency in German or Dutch
