Job summary

Bolton Adhesives seeks an HR Business Partner to join the HR team at our production site in Goes, the Netherlands. You will partner with managers and employees to translate business priorities into practical people solutions across the lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

You will be a trusted HR partner within the Site Management Team, helping shape the site’s people agenda, culture, leadership and team performance. This role offers hybrid working with regular site presence in Goes.

Qualifications

• Education: HBO or university level in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Proven HR experience, preferably as HR Business Partner in production or operations.
• Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and practical HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support managers in translating, developing, implementing and applying HR policies and practices.
• Be an active member of the Site Management Team, contributing to the site’s people agenda and culture development.
• Support HR themes across the lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment conditions, health and absence.
• Coach managers and employees with pragmatic advice and improve HR processes and tools with HR colleagues.
• Lead and participate in HR projects with colleagues from different countries and Bolton Business Units.

Job description

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our HR team at Bolton Adhesives, based at our production site in Goes, the Netherlands.

How you make the difference

As HR Business Partner, you are the trusted HR partner for managers and employees at our dynamic production site in Goes. You help translate business priorities into practical people solutions across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The expected outcome is a healthy, capable and engaged workforce, supported by strong leadership, effective HR processes and a culture in which people can perform and grow.

What your agenda looks like:

• Advise and support managers in translating, developing, implementing and applying HR policies and practices.
• Play a key role as an active member of the Site Management Team, bringing the HR perspective to the site’s people agenda and contributing to organizational and culture development, leadership and team performance.
• Support and coordinate key HR themes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment conditions, health and absence.
• Coach managers and employees with clear, pragmatic advice and help improve P&O processes and tools together with HR colleagues.
• Lead and participate in HR projects with colleagues from different countries and Business Units within Bolton

Your team:

You will report to the HR Manager Benelux and be based at our production site in Goes, where you will be an active member of the Site Management Team. You will work closely with your HR colleagues within the Benelux team and collaborate with HR colleagues from other countries on international projects. This role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to advise and connect effectively at all organizational levels.

What makes you a great fit:

• Education: HBO or university level, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Work Experience: Proven experience as an HR professional or HR Business Partner, preferably in a production, industrial or other operational environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle and practical HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employment conditions, health and absence. Experience with HR projects, process improvement and HR tools is an advantage.
• Languages: Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
