We are seeking a visionary & hands-on Product Lead to drive product innovation and design at PackBack. In this critical role, you will be responsible for refining and executing our product strategy, leading the product design team. Your goal will be to ensure that PackBack’s products not only meet but exceed user expectations, setting new standards for packaging reuse across Europe.

Your day-to-day

• Product Strategy & Vision: Drive the product vision, aligning it with PackBack’s mission and strategic goals.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product design team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Innovation & Design: Lead the ideation, development, and iteration of new product features, ensuring they are user-centric, scalable, and aligned with market needs.
• User Experience: Champion a seamless and intuitive user experience across all PackBack products, ensuring that our solutions are convenient and engaging for both businesses and end-users.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, optimizing features and systems to enhance performance and user satisfaction.
• Market Expansion: Collaborate with the Commercial Lead to identify and prioritize market opportunities, driving product adoption across Europe.
