Job summary

Kearney Italia, Inc. is opening a PERLab in Amsterdam and seeks a Working Student for Product Excellence & Renewal Lab. On-site work is strongly preferred, with remote arrangements possible upon agreement.

You will support consultants on live client projects, help improve products for cost, customer focus, and sustainability, and assist with data analysis and portfolio strategy. Starts January 2026, 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• You’re curious about how things work and passionate about improving products with your team and clients.
• Currently enrolled at a university (from 4th bachelor’s semester onward) with one or two internships; Master’s students should be at least 12 months from graduation.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written); German is a bonus.
• Eligible for students in business administration or STEM fields who are currently enrolled.

Responsibilities

• Support PERLab consultants in day-to-day work and become an integral part of live client projects.
• Contribute to improving products in multiple ways – making them more cost-efficient, customer-centric, or sustainable.
• Take on a wide variety of tasks, such as conducting product analyses, developing portfolio strategies, researching consumer behavior and market trends, identifying new production processes, and assisting with data analysis and client presentations.
• Help organize and coordinate internal and external events (e.g., workshops) and maintain contact with external partners.
