Job summary

Henkel in Amsterdam is offering a full-time internship to a recent graduate or current Master/Bachelor student from a Dutch university. You will compile processes, review portfolio data, and help design a strategic roadmap for data consolidation and project tracking.

You will present and run workshops with team leads, support the Sustainability Agenda, and assist onboarding via Henkel's Academy platform. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current Master/Bachelor student at a Dutch university.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Procurement or contract manufacturing experience is a bonus.
• Proficient in digitalization processes with Excel and big data analysis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to start October/November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist in process compilation and documentation for cross-functional systems.
• Review master data portfolio information for efficient processing.
• Perform strategic segmentation of global portfolio.
• Contribute to design of roadmap for data consolidation and tracking.
• Create and deliver presentations and workshops with team leads.
• Support Sustainability Agenda with input quality and monitoring.
• Provide onboarding support to Henkel's Academy training platform.
