Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role (product development, quality management or related engineering)
- Experience with CAD design and drafting for product development
- Knowledge of ISO-based quality standards and 8D problem solving methods
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and continuous improvement practices
- Experience with product lifecycle management tools and SAP
Responsibilities
- Design and develop product models and drawings based on customer needs and production capabilities
- Own and update product-specific design rules from customer requirements
- Improve product quality with Quality Engineer and Operations
- Support New Product Introduction feasibility analyses and capability discussions
- Evaluate customer quality claims and participate in 8D problem-solving with the team
- Analyze measurement data to propose design improvements and align with customer specs
