Quality Engineer — Launch & Process Excellence

Motus Integrated Technologies is a dynamic manufacturing leader seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. The role focuses on precision and continuous improvement to drive industry-leading production and new product development.

A successful candidate will be high-energy, driven and a resourceful problem solver, capable of leading APQP/PPAP activities and collaborating with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing staff to meet quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of automotive APQP tools (Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, PSOs).
• IATF certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer-specific Advanced Quality Planning requirements across launches.
• Collaborate with Launch team to meet deliverables and resolve issues.
• Lead quality systems and work with customers, suppliers and manufacturing staff.
• Lead APQP and PPAP activities with internal and external suppliers.
• Maintain APQP docs and support corrective actions with 8D responses.
• Support audits and promote safety in the facility.
• Oversee gauging, fixtures, and first piece inspections; ensure passing results.
• Notify customers on quality or delivery issues as required.
