Job summary

They should possess excellent CAD skills, experience in managing OEMs, and be proficient in English. Qualifications

• 0‑7 years of experience in product development within the premium durable consumer goods industry.
• Proven experience in outsourcing engineering and managing external partners/OEMs.

Responsibilities

• Convert technical product concepts into high‑quality CAD models.
• Translate commercial needs into technical specifications and validation plans.
• Supervise and assess test results to verify prototypes against requirements.
• Design and maintain software management systems for CAD files.
