Job summary

NEDCON B.V. is seeking a Product Developer to translate product concepts into technical designs and contribute to high-quality, cost-efficient products. You will work in an international, technical environment and take a leading role in the development process.

You will collaborate with Product Management and multiple functions, translate concepts into technical solutions, and travel internationally several times a year as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree at HBO level or equivalent in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in product development and/or engineering within a technical environment.
• Knowledge of CAD systems and technical documentation (CREO/Windchill advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Translate product concepts into technical designs and specifications.
• Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Standardization & Digitalization, Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
• Conduct or support testing, validation and problem-solving activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including BOMs and CAD models.
