Job summary

Pluxbox is seeking a Product Designer/Visual Designer – Web to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our online platforms. You’ll translate user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities into thoughtful digital solutions, collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

You’ll work across research, concept, wireframes, prototypes and pixel-perfect interfaces, focusing on the end-to-end user journey and a distinctive online experience that supports our growth.

Qualifications

• You are a bachelor’s or master student.
• You describe yourself as positive, proactive, assertive and you are a teamplayer;
• You have strong organisational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deliver results;
• Motivated self-starter taking ownership with ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills in English.
• Problem solver with strong management skills, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with design software and editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Experience with web design principles and user-focused digital design

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities into thoughtful digital solutions.
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve the user experience of our website.
• From research and concept development to wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect interfaces, you are involved throughout the design process.
• Think holistically about the complete user journey and how to simplify processes for a distinctive online experience.
