Job summary

Creative Fabrica Studio is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design for Studio, an AI-native creative suite. You will craft UX and visuals, build handoff-ready Figma files, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to ship meaningful improvements.

You should bring 5+ years of product design experience, a strong UI craft, advanced Figma skills, and a bias for rapid iteration while upholding quality. English proficiency and independent ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products with shipped work.
• Excellent UI craft: typography, layout, visual hierarchy.
• Advanced Figma skills for developer handoff.
• Proven ability to redesign or substantially improve product experience with measurable usability gains.
• Proven ability to take a product or major surface from concept to polished, buildable UI quickly.
• Comfortable using AI tools in the design workflow; strong written and spoken English.
• Thrives in high-pace environments: manages shifting priorities, ships on deadline.
• Independent and ownership driven: proposes direction, unblocks yourself, partners with developers.
• Original and tasteful: avoids copying industry patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesigns for Studio, including information architecture, flows, UI and interaction details.
• Raise visual and interaction quality to make Studio modern and distinctive.
• Turn product goals into concrete screens, components and prototypes for development.
• Partner daily with engineers to clarify intent and keep design and build in sync.
• Produce structured Figma work with clear hierarchy, components, variants and specs.
• Design for real creator workflows to reduce friction and improve discoverability.
• Move from concept to usable design quickly with strong iterations.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, exploration and production while keeping craft.
• Build and evolve a coherent design system for Studio across new features.
• Validate designs with lightweight methods and adjust without derailing delivery.
