Job summary

Talanto is seeking a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design for Studio, an AI-native creative suite. You will craft information architecture, flows, UI, and interaction details to improve usability and visual quality across the platform.

You will collaborate with engineers and product teams, delivering structured Figma work and clear specs to ensure a fast, efficient handoff and ship high-quality design iterations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing digital products (UI/UX or product design).
• Excellent UI craft: typography, layout, visual hierarchy, polish.
• Advanced Figma skills for developer handoff (components, variants, auto-layout, states).
• Proven ability to redesign or substantially improve a product experience with measurable usability gains.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesign of Studio: information architecture, flows, UI, interaction details.
• Raise visual and interaction quality to make Studio distinctive and AI-native.
• Turn goals into concrete screens, components, and prototypes for developers.
