Job summary

Rentman is a B2B SaaS scale-up based in Utrecht, NL, building an operations platform for event and media production teams. You will shape a design system within a fast-moving release train, collaborating with a PM and tech lead to improve complex inventory and planning workflows.

You will design for both novice and power users, run discovery and user tests, and guard the design intent across development, joining a vibrant, international team in a dynamic product area.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B or SaaS products.
• Owned problems end-to-end, not just executed scoped work.
• Run your own discovery and validation, with at least one direction-changing result.
• Experience designing for both novice and expert users.
• Expert in Figma and design systems, with strong stakeholder management.

Rentman is a B2B SaaS scale-up building a smart, powerful operations management platform to support event and media production teams. Our users plan everything from small shoots to massive festivals in 70+ countries, and they all rely on Rentman to keep their gear, people, and timing perfectly in sync. About this role

Equipment is Rentman's most complex, longest-running product area: multi-warehouse inventory, rollovers across rental cycles, sub-rentals, real time pressure, and it's had virtually no UX support.

You'll step into a young design system and an evidence culture that doesn't exist yet, build both from scratch, and hold your ground on design quality inside a fast-moving release train alongside an assertive PM.

What we are looking for
