Job summary

Nebius, Amsterdam-based, is hiring a Product Data Analyst to build and maintain analytical assets that support day-to-day decision-making across product and business domains. You’ll shape raw data into reliable datasets, create dashboards trusted by stakeholders, and help develop AI-assisted analytics tools to reduce manual reporting.

You’ll work end-to-end from data shaping to actionable insights, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and contribute to AI-driven analytics initiatives

Qualifications

• +4 years of experience as a product / business / data analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; comfortable with Excel for quick tasks.
• Solid grounding in statistics and analytical thinking.
• Experience producing clear, accurate visualizations and explanations in plain language.
• High attention to detail and data quality mindset.
• Structured problem solving with ownership and accountability.
• Clear stakeholder communication in English.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset).
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (DBT, Airflow, BigQuery/Snowflake/Postgres).

Responsibilities

• Master Product Analytics data and metrics & provide insights and consultancy to stakeholders and senior Management.
• Dashboard development: design, implement, document, and maintain interactive dashboards.
• Data engineering support: contribute to ETL/ELT, validate sources, monitor data freshness, troubleshoot pipelines.
• AI-driven analytics: design and refine analytical AI agents to streamline reporting and flag anomalies.
• Exploratory and ad-hoc analysis: translate business questions into analysis plans and communicate findings clearly.
• Stakeholder collaboration: clarify requirements, align on definitions, and present results to support decisions.
