Job summary

microTECH Global LTD is seeking a remote certification program lead to oversee the organisation and execution of product certifications (CE, FCC, UL, UKCA, etc.) for electronics boards similar to GPU and NVMe SSD. You will plan work streams, liaise with labs and partners, and manage documentation for declarations of conformity across multiple products.

The role requires coordinating testings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of the certification packages to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating CE/FCC/UL/UKCA certifications.
• Ability to prepare documentation and maintain records.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan work to deliver defined certifications.
• Collaborate with existing certification partners or source new ones.
• Prepare and collect documents for certification readiness.
• Oversee paperwork and guide laboratories through certification processes.
• If possible, setup test environments for certification readiness.
• Track progress and manage certification-related projects.
• Assemble the certification package including declarations of conformity and registrations.

Contract Length; 12 Months

Remote; Occasional trips to Netherland or Italy

We need professionals that can cover the organisation and execution of product certifications (CE, FCC, UL, UKCA….).

The products are electronics boards similar to GPU and NVME SSD.

This person will have to:

1. plan the work to deliver the certifications defined by the product team
2. Work with existing certifications partners or find new ones to cover the necessary testings
3. Take care of preparation phase, document collection and production of new documents
4. Follow the paperwork activities to instruct the certifications with the laboratory
5. If possible prepare the Equiments under testings (Computers hosting our cards)
6. Track the progress of the certifications and manage the associated projects
7. Prepare the certification document package including the declaration of conformity and the necessary registrations with certifications bodies.

The engagement over multiple products and will last for 12 months with variable workload basing on the products we will have to deliver.
