Job summary

GloPros Amsterdam is seeking a strategic procurement leader to act as the commercial engine across spend categories. You will proactively analyze spending data, identify overspending, and negotiate with vendors to secure best terms and measurable savings.

You will shape procurement processes, implement AI-driven workflows, and develop long-term sourcing strategies with key suppliers. This role requires start-up experience, strong analytics, and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in commercial procurement or strategic finance.
• Proven track record as a negotiator closing deals.
• Startup/scale-up environment experience (2+ years).
• Hands-on AI solutions in procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ERP, P2P, and contract management tools.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape procurement processes, strategy, and culture across the organization.
• Lead all key commercial negotiations and secure favorable terms.
• Implement AI and automation to enhance spend analysis and CLM.
• Present savings impact, risks, and trade-offs to senior leadership.
