Job summary

Prosus is seeking a Program Manager in Amsterdam to chair the execution of flagship AI initiatives across a broad portfolio including iFood, OLX, PayU, and Stack Overflow. You will translate strategic priorities into structured programs, assign owners, chart milestones, and ensure timely, quality outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, management consulting, chief-of-staff or comparable cross-functional roles.
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs end-to-end — from defining objectives and OKRs through to delivery, governance and reporting to senior leadership.
• Strong structured thinking and written communication: turn messy problems into clear narratives, decks, or executive briefs.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders, with the maturity to challenge, push back, and drive decisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver large-scale AI programs across a portfolio of Prosus brands, turning strategy into executable programs.
• Coordinate across cultures and time zones; align senior stakeholders and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Define objectives, OKRs, governance, and reporting to executives; maintain momentum and stakeholder alignment.
• Balance strategy with execution, functioning as the connective tissue between planning and delivery.
